Slot CPU im PEMUX-Formfaktor mit LGA1066-Sockel für Intel® Xeon W-Prozessor. Bis zu 256 GB DDR4 RAM integrierbar. Displays werden über IPMI VGA angeschlossen. Netzwerkanbindung mit GbE LAN und 10 GbE LAN. Schnittstellen sind USB 2.0 und USB 3.1 Gen1 und intern USB 3.1 Gen1 und RS-232. Weitere Anschlüsse für Lüfter, TPM-Modul und SMBus sind vorhanden. Massenspeicheranbindung über Mini-SAS für 8x SATA 6 Gb/sec und M.2 2280. Erweitern lässt sich die Slot CPU über 56-Lane-PCIe. Die Eingangsspannung beträgt 5 V/12 V, AT-/ATX-Modus wird unterstützt. Die Betriebstemperatur liegt zwischen -20°C und 40°C.
